Stayed here for work. Everyone who works here was very friendly and helpful. Room was kept clean except the floors could use a little more cleaning. The water pressure could also use some improvement. All in all, I would gladly stay here again if I needed to be here for work or vacation. It’s a quiet and safe place to stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing stay at StayAPT Escalante. The service was truly exceptional, and the staff were incredibly understanding, kind, and hospitable. When my South African credit card stopped working unexpectedly, they went above and beyond by allowing me to stay while I sorted the issue out. That level of patience and care meant so much to me during a stressful situation. From start to finish, I felt welcomed and supported. I can’t recommend StayAPT Escalante enough outstanding service and genuine hospitality all around.

The service is impeccable and management (Mrs. Ysuia) is so accommodating and kind. Anytime anyone needs anything she is always accessible and resourceful. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here, for you would not be disappointed!

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The unit I was staying in was beautiful, modern, clean, and had everything I needed. I slept so good. I also want to thank Ysuia and Quintin for the great customer service and being so helpful and kind. Thank you Quintin for being a great communicator when I had questions and for assisting me with whatever I needed and thank you Ysuia for the emotionally support, life advice, and for making me laugh.

Ms. Goudeaux is very helpful and easy to talk with and is hilarious. I like her personality……no nonsense. She aided me when I needed some physical assistance. It is quiet and peaceful.

Location is great if working in the Beaumont/Port Arthur area. Ideal for extended stays, shorter stays are just as good. Ms. Goudeau is willing to assist and work with everyone. Will personally sit with you and create a solution for your stay. Rooms have more of an apartment feeling versus a hotel.
